We work on every mat for a full week before it is listed. If the stitching lifts at the edge, the gel flattens, or the printed surface starts to shine, it does not go on the site. The size, thickness and surface texture of each mat are on its product page, in inches and millimetres.

What we check before a product is listed
Keyboards are typed on for a full working day, not ten minutes. We note the key travel, how loud the switches are in a quiet room, and whether the layout keeps the arrow keys where your hands already expect them.
Chargers are measured with a USB power meter, so the wattage on the page is the wattage the port actually delivers. Cables are bent at the connector two hundred times before we call them braided and durable.
Delivery, returns and the details
Orders are packed in Santa Paula and processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery inside the United States is estimated at 15 business days after dispatch, with tracking emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the size of the parcel. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours, and a parcel that stops moving is traced after 7 days.
